In Gromit Unleashed 2, Nick Park’s Academy Award®-winning character Gromit returned to Bristol for his second starring role, but this time he was not alone; the loveable pooch was joined by his pal Wallace and arch nemesis Feathers McGraw!

The countdown is on.

A new Gromit Unleashed trail is returning to Bristol. Summer 2025.

This trail featured over 60 giant sculptures designed by high-profile artists, designers, innovators, and local talent. Sculptures were positioned in high footfall and iconic locations around Bristol and the surrounding area, making the perfect family day out around Bristol and beyond.

    Love is in the air! Take a look at this affectionate fellow, ‘Cupid’, painted by Rhiannon Southwell. Covered from ears to tail in hearts and lovebirds, the Valentine-inspired print represents the overflowing love we have for Gromit and his friends! Follow your heart to this sculpture, located outside of sponsor Dunkley’s on Woodland Lane in Bradley Stoke!

    Having studied at the Bower Ashton Campus, UWE students, artists Hend Esmat and Lamiaa Diab, designed ‘Deerest Gromit’ to depict the lovely scenery surrounding the campus, including the lush fields of green and roaming deer. Originally from Egypt, Hend and Lamiaa incorporated Arabic calligraphy letters of the word “Bristol” throughout to contrast the emerald expanses.

    This vibrantly painted ‘Dias de los Perros’ is inspired by the ‘Day of the Dead’, celebrated in cultures throughout the world. Despite the skeleton appearance, this theme, painted by artist Gavin Strange, is far from spooky! The multi-day holiday focuses on family, community, heritage and traditions.
