Wallace & Gromit’s Children’s Foundation securely stores your data in a number of locations. We use Raiser’s Edge by Blackbaud as our supporter database to ensure we can contact you, steward you through your fundraising and look after you when using our services. We safeguard this information in a number of ways, including password protection, limiting access and encryption.
We may, from time to time, hold personal data internally on Microsoft SharePoint, our remote servers, or transfer via email. We safeguard this information through password protecting access, multifactor authentication, HTTPS access and encryption.
Wallace & Gromit’s Children’s Foundation will keep your personal data for six years from our last interaction. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing your data from our supporter database.
Wallace & Gromit’s Children’s Foundation will keep personal data gathered through its recruitment processes for six years from our last interaction if you are successful and six months if you are not. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it from our systems.
Wallace & Gromit’s Children’s Foundation will keep any special category data we hold for three years from our last interaction. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it from our supporter database.
