Charity partnerships like this make such a positive and lasting impact on the young patients, and their families cared for by the hospital.

“We love working with The Grand Appeal and raising money for Bristol Children’s Hospital. It is such a worthwhile cause and last year’s Gromit Unleashed 2 trail was so successful in raising both money and awareness of the charity’s work”

Most recently, Gardiner Haskins have raised funds specifically in aid of our arts, music and play therapy programme, which provides a creative and educational outlet for children, enabling them to express their emotions, feelings and frustrations. After holding a series of summer fetes and music events, their Gromit Unleashed 2 fundraising raised £1,300 for this service.

Gardiner Haskins have now signed up for their next fundraising challenge by becoming a Play 4 All Business Challenge Partner, aiming to raise money for our sensory play programme at the children’s hospital.

“As a local, independent business it is important to get involved in local causes and in helping to fund the sensory play programme we are making a real difference to the experience of young children in hospital.””
