A Cracking Partnership with RedRock Consulting!
Celebrating success! RedRock Consulting smashes their £5,000 fundraising target.

After visiting the hospital at Christmas 2017 to deliver a bundle of presents to young patients, the team from RedRock Consulting were so inspired by what they saw that they chose to support The Grand Appeal as their Charity of the Year. Working together to plan a series of fundraising events that worked for them, the whole team got involved and bought their creativity, passion, and determination to all their events and challenges. From delicious ice cream Fridays to bake sales and running the 10k to tackling a Tough Mudder, it has been amazing to see RedRock’s passion for fundraising develop.
As well as fundraising across the company and through staff events, RedRock also sponsored The Howl Gromit sculpture during Gromit Unleashed 2, and together with their fundraising of £5,300 have contributed an incredible £13,364.62! They have chosen to support the Children’s Cancer Unit ‘Starlight Ward’ and Oncology Day Beds and their money raised will be used to support the refurbishment of this Unit, transforming the space into an age-appropriate, colourful and homely environment for young patients and their families.

In real terms, the impact has been felt by both the hospital and the staff at RedRock. If anything, we’ve become partners with The Grand Appeal – it’s like they are an extension of us.”
