Grand Appeal House

As Bristol Children’s Hospital treats more patients from the largest geographic area of any children’s hospital in England, the demand for family accommodation continues to grow.

With support from our family of fundraisers, we have developed a third family accommodation facility, Grand Appeal House, just moments from NICU and the children’s hospital.

This nine-ensuite bedroom house will be a lifeline for families of critically ill babies and children at St Michael’s Hospital and Bristol Children’s Hospital and joins Paul’s House and Cots for Tots House in being a home-from-home for families from across South West, South Wales and beyond.

At Grand Appeal House, they’ll have somewhere free, comfortable and supportive to stay, giving them space to sleep, eat and recharge, but just moments away from the hospital so they’re close enough to their child to minimise separation anxiety.

We’ve welcomed over 2000 families into Cots for Tots House and Paul’s House and know just how important they can be for our families. And it’s thanks to your incredible support, we can keep more of these families together by welcoming them to Grand Appeal House.
