Treasure Hunt 2023 Prize Draw: Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are the competition rules (the “Rules”) and apply to the prize draw competition as advertised by The Grand Appeal. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions. 
The prize is for one room of up to three people at Locked in a Room: Wallace & Gromit – A Grand Way Out. Locked In A Room, Building 11, Explore Ln, Bristol BS1 5TY.
Entry is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and older. 
Employees of The Grand Appeal and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter this prize draw.

Entry into the prize draw starts at 7 am 1/06/2023 and closes at 5 pm on 30/06/2023. Postal entries must be received by 5 pm on 30/06/2023.
To enter the prize draw, entrants who donate to The Grand Appeal via the Treasure Hunt prize draw webpage will be entered automatically. Members of the public can enter for free by post with no donation necessary.
To enter by post: submit your postal entry within an envelope or on a postcard and include your first name and surname, full address, contact telephone number and email address. Please address and send via either first- or second-class post to: Wrong Trousers Day Treasure Hunt Free Prize Draw, The Grand Appeal, 30 – 32 Upper Maudlin Street, Bristol, BS2 8DJ. No PO Box addresses will be accepted.
If you enter via post, please ensure that all the required information is included in the entry and clearly written. Your entry may be deemed invalid if unreadable.
If you are entering the prize draw via post, you may send a maximum of five entries. A maximum of one entry can be made per envelope or postcard received. If you send more than five entries or more than one entry per postcard or envelope, the additional entries will not be accepted.

For the avoidance of doubt, free entries via post will be treated in the same way as online entries.
Only postal entries received by 5 pm 30/06/2023 will be eligible for the prize draw. Only one winner will be chosen.
The winner will be drawn at random on 03/07/2023 by The Grand Appeal and the winner will be notified by 04/07/2023.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, The Grand Appeal reserves the right to withdraw the prize and redraw. 
There are no cash alternatives to the prize and the prize cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred or bartered.

The winner will be posted a gift voucher and will be responsible for booking and bringing their gift voucher to gain entry to the event and will be bound by the Locked In A Room’s Terms & Conditions of Use.
Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received where those details are reasonably necessary for the administration of the prize draw. Any personal data of entrants will be processed in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent. This prize draw may be cancelled or amended at any time by The Grand Appeal without prior notice. 
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute.
