Schools Programme cost
In return for participating in the Gromit Unleashed 3 Schools Programme, you agree to pay the schools programme fee of £500 + VAT. You will receive an invoice once we receive your registration.

Schools’ obligations
- The Gromit Unleashed 3 Schools Programme is a fundraising initiative by The Grand Appeal, the Bristol Children’s Hospital Charity. You will aim to support this initiative by trying to fundraise £500 during the school year. Any funds raised will be paid to The Grand Appeal before the end of the summer term.
- You will need to collect your sculpture from a location in Bristol during a designated collection slot The responsibility and risk associated with display and transportation of the sculpture will pass to the school on collection. If you do not collect the sculpture within 10 business days of this specified slot, The Grand Appeal may resell or dispose of the sculpture.
- All sales are final; no refunds or returns will be accepted.
- Please ensure that the Norbot sculpture remains on your school premises at all times, unless written permission is sought from The Grand Appeal. Your sculpture cannot be sold or given away at any point or displayed at alternate premises.
- Until the title passes to the school, the Norbot sculpture will be held by the school on a fiduciary basis and must be readily identifiable as property of The Grand Appeal. It must be kept in satisfactory condition and insured against risks for its full price from the date of collection.

The Wallace & Gromit TM Brand
Aardman has kindly allowed The Grand Appeal to use its Wallace & Gromit brand for the Gromit Unleashed 3 trail and Schools Programme. Therefore, if you wish to use the brand or any of the characters in your marketing and advertising materials or other PR activity, it is vital that you obtain our prior written approval. We reserve the right not to approve marketing materials that use the brand in a way that we do not consider to be appropriate for the event or sculpture as a family friendly character.
For legal reasons you must comply with these terms. If you breach these terms or act in a way which could bring the Charity, the brand or Aardman into disrepute, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Gromit Unleashed 3 Schools Programme with immediate effect. In which case, we will retain the programme fee that you have paid, but you will no longer have the right to the benefits described above. We will also be entitled to recover from you any losses that we have suffered as a result of your breach of this Agreement.
Thank you so much for supporting The Grand Appeal, helping us to save the lives of babies and children in Bristol Children’s Hospital. Please return to the form, tick and sign the form, confirming your agreement to these terms. If after receiving this agreement you pay the schools programme cost, we will take that to be your acceptance of these terms.
