Nicola Masters

As co-founder, Nicola leads our multi-award winning charity across its multiple brands as well as delivering funding programmes in partnership with Bristol Children’s Hospital. Nicola directs our exceptional team of staff at the Grand Appeal by developing new charitable and commercial initiatives to ensure that Bristol Children’s Hospital is at the forefront of paediatric care in the UK.

Deputy Director

Anna Shepherd

As Deputy Director, Anna leads on all our Operations and Services. This includes overseeing the management of our family accommodation for families of patients, our family support service and our art music and play programme as well as the extensive investment in new medical facilities in Bristol Children’s Hospital.

Head of Philanthropy

Sarah McBride

Sarah has worked with us for 10 years, leading on relationships with all our key funders and major donors. From grant-making trusts to individual donors, Sarah can often be found showing visitors the life-saving facilities at Bristol Children’s Hospital, as well as ensuring that funding is available for our ambitious programme of activities in the Hospital including new medical facilities, research and bio-medical printing.

Head of Commercial

Anna Hitchcock

Anna joined the family in 2013, during the first Gromit Unleashed trail. Since Anna has helped to steer our retail and wider commercial projects including Shaun in the City and Morph: Still Naughty at 40 and Gromit Unleashed 2. Anna works with partners and brands worldwide to develop business opportunities with a range of bespoke products, commercial opportunities, and marketing and exhibition initiatives.
