Tesco Centenary Grant success!

Share this:

This summer, we were one of three charities to take part in Tesco’s Bags of Help scheme in Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire.

Tens of thousands of Tesco shoppers across the region voted using the blue tokens at checkout, and we are thrilled to receive a grant of £15,000!

The Tesco Centenary Grant is a shining example of the power of community, and we’re immensely grateful to every single one of you who voted for us. The grant you made happen will go towards opening our third family accommodation facility, Grand Appeal House. With nine rooms and kitchen and laundry facilities, it will act as a home-from-home for families of critically ill patients at Bristol Children’s Hospital and the Neonatal Intensive Unit at St Michael’s Hospital, Bristol.

It’s thanks to people like you that we can give families a place to stay and the support they need, so they can focus first and foremost on their seriously ill child.
