Throughout July, August and September, you can choose ‘The Grand Appeal’ as part of the Tesco Bags of Help Scheme at stores across Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire by using a special token given at checkout. To vote, simply make a purchase within store of any value, and you’ll receive a token to pop into our designated container.
The supermarket has teamed up with Groundwork to celebrate its centenary by delivering a special voting round of its community funding scheme which will see grants of £10,000, £15,000 and £25,000 awarded to special community projects.
We are so excited to have been selected as one of the participating charities. The money we will receive will help us create a new home-from-home for families of patients at Bristol Children’s Hospital and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The more tokens that we get in our pot, the more money we could receive!
