- These Terms & Conditions are the competition rules (the “Rules”) and apply to the prize draw competition as advertised by The Grand Appeal. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
- Entry is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and older.
- Employees of The Grand Appeal and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter this prize draw.
- This prize draw is free to enter – no purchase is necessary.
- The prize consists of two (2) tickets to the BIG Bristol Boogie for one winner via Grand Appeal X and two (2) tickets to the BIG Bristol Boogie for one winner via Grand Appeal Instagram.
- The BIG Bristol Boogie takes place at The Fleece on Friday 17 June 2022.
- Entry into the prize draw starts on Monday 13 June 2022 and closes at 16:00pm sharp on Tuesday 14 June 2022.
- To enter the prize draw, entrants must share the BIG Bristol Boogie competition post from The Grand Appeal account on X and/or Instagram.
- Shares of the post made after 16:00pm on 14 June 2022 will not be included in the draw.
- Winners will be drawn at random by 17:00pm on Tuesday 14 June 2022 by The Grand Appeal.
- Winners will be notified by message through their Instagram/X from The Grand Appeal account.
- If a winner does not respond within two days of the first notification, The Grand Appeal reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
- There are no cash alternatives to the prize and the prize cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred or bartered.
- The winners will be sent a link and voucher code to secure their BIG Bristol Boogie tickets and will be responsible for bringing their tickets to gain entry to the event.
- Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received where those details are reasonably necessary for the administration of the prize draw. Any personal data of entrants will be processed in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent. - This prize draw may be cancelled or amended at any time by The Grand Appeal without prior notice.
- The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute.
