Terms and Conditions

By completing this booking form, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

– Upon receipt of a completed booking form, an invoice will be raised, or credit/debit card information will be processed for the full payment of the team/table.

– Attendees must be aged 18 years or over.

– Invoices must be paid within 30 days.

– Once payment has been received, no cancellations of teams or tables will be possible.

– A final list of names of attendees and any dietary requirements will be required one month before the event; otherwise, we cannot guarantee these will be in place for the event.

– By registering to participate in Beat the Brain Surgeon, you and your attendees understand that photographs may be taken of you during the event, which may be used to publicise the event now and in future marketing materials.
