Museum miniatures have landed in Bristol
Four one-of-a-kind Wallace & Gromit artefacts are hidden in plain sight within the collections at Bristol Museum and Art Gallery.
Nick Park’s Academy Award®-winning character, Gromit, first unleashed on the streets way back in 2013 to raise money for sick children in Bristol and beyond. Now, over 500 sculptures, four trails, and 10 years later, Gromit Unleashed has inspired a legion of fans across the globe.
Hot on the heels of Aardman’s new film, Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl, available on the BBC in the UK and Netflix globally, this year’s trail is like no other.

In celebration of the film release, Gromit Unleashed 3 is taking visitors on a journey through the movies, with character sculptures inspired by cinema, famous films and the stories that inspired them. You can expect appearances from the nation’s favourite duo Wallace & Gromit and their dastardly arch nemesis, Feathers McGraw.
In a cracking plot twist for the third instalment of Gromit Unleashed, Norbot, the smart gnome, Wallace’s enigmatic new invention from Vengeance Most Fowl, has joined the line-up for the first time in 2025.
And look out for plot twists, you could stumble across a trail treasure around every corner of Bristol. There’s a roaming Gromit pup to look out for, Spot the Gromit, and make sure you visit the incredible Museum Miniatures, Bristol Museum & Art Gallery.

Changing lives at Bristol Children’s Hospital and St Michael’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Our last three arts trails have dazzled and delighted people from Bristol and beyond. But the best part? Millions have been raised to help sick children and their families.
We’ve partnered with Aardman for over 27 years to raise money for Bristol Children’s Hospital and St Michael’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as the hospitals’ dedicated charity.
From the moment a child arrives at the hospital, we give families a comforting place to stay; provide music, arts and play therapy sessions; and fund the pioneering equipment and research that saves lives. That’s thanks to the money raised from Gromit Unleashed and our incredible community of fundraisers.
