Volunteer John completes latest challenge!

Share this:

If you don’t recognise this incredible fundraiser let us introduce you.

Not only is John a superstar grandfather but a long-time Grand Appeal volunteer. This high-flying fundraiser has skydived for Bristol Children’s Hospital over 40 times and raised thousands in the process. You can also find him at his fundraising stall in the reception of the children’s hospital each week.

If this wasn’t enough, John completed his latest challenge in June in the form of an abseil, taking place at Portsmouth’s iconic landmark, Spinnaker Tower. This 100-metre descent was no small feat and John has raised over an incredible £4,000 and counting! He’s not stopping there either – John is already busy deciding what he wants to do next.

We can’t thank him enough for his endless dedication and generosity over the years! If you’re stopping by Bristol Children’s Hospital and see John at his stall remember to say a big ‘well done.’
