- These Terms & Conditions are the free prize competition rules (the “Rules”) and apply to the competition as advertised by Gromit Unleashed, The Grand Appeal and Cots for Tots. By entering, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
- Entry is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and older.
- Employees of The Grand Appeal and Gromit Unleashed, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter this prize competition.
- This prize draw is free to enter – no purchase is necessary. We will never message to ask you for your bank details.
- The prize consists of a family entry to The Greatest Show Dog on Earth® 3 exhibition, which consists of up to six tickets. The amount given as a prize is at the discretion of Gromit Unleashed.
- The Greatest Dog Show on Earth® 3 will run from Saturday 13 September to Sunday 28 September, 2025.
- Entry into the competition starts on Sunday 10 August, 2025 and closes on Sunday 17 August, 2025 at 11:59pm.
- To enter the competition, entrants must follow Gromit Unleashed 3 on Facebook and post an image in the comments of this post with a Gromit Unleashed 3 sculpture, or relevant Gromit Unleashed 3 activity, while in dress up/costume/fancy dress.
- Comments made on the post after 11:59pm on Sunday 17 August will not be counted as a viable entry.
- Winners will be drawn by selection of the best outfit on Tuesday 19 August.
- Winners will be notified by message through the official Gromit Unleashed 3 Facebook page. Please be vigilant if you receive a message from a page claiming to be Gromit Unleashed 3, and ensure it is the official account.
- If a winner does not respond within two days of the first notification, The Grand Appeal reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
- By taking part in this competition, you agree to Gromit Unleashed and its sister charities, The Grand Appeal and Cots for Tots, using your name for promotional purposes. This will only be used in summary, for example, Jane from Bristol.
- The winner will be announced on the Gromit Unleashed Facebook page in the days following the end of the competition.
- There are no cash alternatives to the prize and the prize cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred or bartered.
- The winners will be sent up to six digital The Greatest Show Dog on Earth® 3 exhibition tickets, and will be responsible for bringing their tickets to gain entry to the event. Date and time can be chosen by the winner subject to availability.
- By entering, participants agree that their entry (photo and name) may be used for promotional purposes on The Grand Appeal’s social media channels, unless they contain children, in which the charity may contact a participant to gain consent in line with GDPR regulations.
- Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received where those details are reasonably necessary for the administration of the competition and prize. Any personal data of entrants will be processed in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent. - This prize draw may be cancelled or amended at any time by The Grand Appeal without prior notice.
- The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the Courts of England and Wales shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute.
- Complaints and disputes will be dealt with in accordance with the Charity’s complaints policy, a copy of which is available on request by calling 0117 9273888 or emailing hello@grandappeal.org.uk.
- By participating in this prize draw, entrants confirm they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
