Shaun in the City

In 2015, Aardman’s internationally-acclaimed character Shaun the Sheep appeared in Shaun in the City, two unique charity arts trails across Bristol and London raising funds for sick children in hospitals across the UK.

120 giant sculptures of Shaun, designed by artists and designers from the worlds of film, art, animation and fashion, adorned iconic locations and green spaces in Bristol and London to raise funds for sick children.

We are so grateful to our eager Shaun-hunters for supporting The Grand Appeal through Shaun in the City. By downloading our Sheep-Spotter App, fundraising through sponsored Shaun hunts, visiting our Exhibitions and snapping up our special trail merchandise, our supporters have helped children like 4-year-old Lily (pictured above), an oncology patient at Bristol Children’s Hospital. Lily visited our Bristol trail with her grandfather to celebrate finally being given the all-clear by doctors in Summer 2015.

Our trail has raised over £2million to date for sick children - Visit our Shaun in the City website to learn more.
