LAND'S END TO BRISTOL
Saddle up for the ride of your life, Thursday 21th to Sunday 24rd September 2018!
The Grand Appeal is running a truly unique event which will see a team of sponsored cyclists set off from Land’s End with the goal of reaching Bristol in just four days!
We’re looking for people to take on this bespoke cycling challenge, and help transform lives at Bristol Children’s Hospital. You will cover 240 miles in 4 days, riding through the stunning English countryside of Cornwall, Dartmoor and Cheddar Gorge, all the way to Bristol. You’ll discover parts of the huge catchment area that the hospital covers, giving you the opportunity to see where some patients and families travel hundreds of miles from for world-class treatment, at Bristol Children’s Hospital.
All riders will be fully supported from the moment you sign up, with fundraising advice and resources from our dedicated team, an iconic Wallace & Gromit cycling jersey, a pre-event ride to meet other participants, and technical support throughout the challenge itself. We’ll then enjoy a well-deserved team celebration on your triumphant return to Bristol!
If you consider yourself a cycling enthusiast wanting to give back, or you’re a beginner looking for a challenge, help The Grand Appeal save the lives of sick children, and achieve a fantastic personal goal to remember forever.
