The White Water Rafting Challenge! 
Tired of staying in doors over winter? Bored of sheltering from the wet and cold?  Want to enjoy the ultimate Winter experience? If so then sign up to join The Grand Appeal's White Water Rafting Team!  

White Water Rafting is the ideal way to experience all that the River Wye has to offer. From the tranquil head waters and scenic gorges to the thrills and swims of the thundering, boiling, adrenaline pumping white water.The trip covers up to 12 miles of the river, including the infamous 'Hell Hole', a part of the river where there's a big chance you'll be swimming! 

White Water rafting allows you to experience the thrills of being on white water, as well as experiencing landscapes out of reach by the normal means.If you enjoy White Knuckle rides and being part of a team then White Water Rafting is for you! 

To White Water Raft for The Grand Appeal, all we ask is a £10 deposit and for you to raise £110 in sponsorship.

The funds you raise from this incredible trip will go towards comforts, facilities and state of the art equipment at Bristol Children’s Hospital. Or if you prefer you can raise money for a particular ward with in the Hospital. Your courage will mean a brighter future for the children of Bristol.

Bath Half Marathon 2007
We have 25 places in the Bath half Marathon on Sunday 25th March 2007. It promises to be a fantastic event for all involved! So please help us get 2007 off to a sprinting start and take part for the appeal. Please call Helen on 01225 337 363 for an information pack.

Grand Treks: Global Adventure
Ever wanted to do something really different, to experience a new culture, face your fears and embark on a wonderful adventure? Why not take a Global adventure challenge for the appeal and make the world of difference to the 1.7 million children that rely on the Bristol Children's Hospital.

These very exclusive events include trekking to Everest Base Camp, cycling through the breathtaking Canadian Rockies, white-water rafting over 50 miles in Africa and even motorcycling over 1300km across North India!!

This is a fantastic opportunity to help raise vitally needed funds for the appeal and at the same time, you will fulfil many personal ambitions.
