Whether you’re an adrenalin junkie or want to face your fears, this is the ultimate charity challenge and over 1,000 people have skydived for The Grand Appeal! There is a £20 registration fee and you need to raise a minimum of £380 sponsorship, of which £190 pays for the jump and £190 is donated to The Grand Appeal to support Bristol Children’s Hospital and Special Care Baby Unit. White Water Rafting is the ideal way to experience all that the River Wye has to offer. The trip covers up to 12 miles of the river, including the infamous ‘Hell Hole’, a part of the river where there’s a big chance you’ll be swimming! To White Water Raft for The Grand Appeal, all we ask is for you to raise a minimum of £140 in sponsorship (£69 will pay for your White Water Rafting and will need to be available when booking). Get a team together to have an exhilarating day Dragon Boat Racing and raise sponsorship money for The Grand Appeal to support Bristol Children’s Hospital. Crews of 16 paddlers (plus a drummer) will race in Chinese-style Dragon Boats over a 250 metre course. Crews do not need to be super fit or skilled to be successful – all that’s required is teamwork and a good sense of fun!

Challenges include the Everest Base Camp, a Cuban Revolution Cycling Challenge, Great Wall Discovery, an Icelandic Lava Trek and a Thailand Jungle Expedition to name but a few!
